Processing time
- Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- If an item is delayed, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping coverage
- We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. If your destination is not shown, contact support@lilyviva.com before placing an order.
- Some oversized, fragile, or restricted items may not be available in every destination.
- Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated delivery
- Standard international delivery usually takes 7-18 business days after dispatch.
- Domestic or regional delivery may arrive sooner depending on the warehouse, carrier, and destination.
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or incorrect address information.
Customs and duties
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges.
- Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs authority.
- Refusing a shipment because of duties or taxes may reduce the refundable amount by outbound shipping, return shipping, or carrier fees.
Tracking and lost packages
- When tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
- If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact support@lilyviva.com so we can check with the carrier.
- LilyViva is not responsible for packages delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
